At Seven Hills Communications, our mission is to make impactful PR attainable for mission-driven companies, nonprofits and individuals, no matter their size or stage.

SHC operates on a microagency model, building custom teams of experts for each client to achieve outsized earned media coverage through smart storytelling. We assemble each client team through the our wide network of professionals and our core employee team at SHC. We leverage the team’s abilities and areas of expertise to create high-performing earned media campaigns informed by senior counsel and experience.

Kristen Elworthy, Founder

Kristen Elworthy founded Seven Hills Communications on the premise that marketing and PR can be affordable ways to boost a brand image. She believes in a clear strategy that’s also flexible, and in working with her clients in the ways that make most sense for them.

Kristen has worked in corporate marketing and in the PR agency world. Her journalism background, which includes newspaper reporting, magazine writing, and producing documentary films, makes her particularly equipped to help businesses tell their stories across a variety of channels. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Psychology from Boston College and a Masters of Science in Journalism from Boston University.

  • Taryn Hennebicque

    Taryn Hennebicque

    As SHC's PR Director, Taryn is a client management and pitching powerhouse. She has more than 20 years of experience spanning government, celebrity partnerships, sports and health initiatives.

    Hennebicque spent a decade at top PR agencies in New York City working with clients such as Procter & Gamble, NFL, Disney, Frye, MINI, Ben & Jerry’s, Seventh Generation, and Boxed Water.

  • Alexa Battista

    Alexa Battista

    Alexa Battista develops and executes on PR and influencer marketing strategies for SHC’s consumer product clients. Alexa has an extensive background in PR working with leading consumer brands such as Wayfair, Old Navy, Primark, and more. Alexa has a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from The University of Rhode Island.

  • Sloane Wilten

    Sloane Wilten joined Seven Hills Communications in 2020. Sloane has a background in marketing + PR with strengths in content creation and graphics, social media, news writing, and email marketing. She has executed campaigns for arts organizations, nonprofits, authors and personal brands. Sloane has a Bachelor of Arts in English from Kenyon College.
